Bret and Frisk
Bret & Frisk have been performing together throughout the Midwest
and other parts of the country for the past 20 years. They met, appropriately
enough, at an open microphone night in Breckenridge, Colorado in 1992 and have been together ever since.
Their music ranges from a few hits of the 1950s all the way up to present day alternative rock/folk (Sarah McLachlan, Jewel, Jimmy Buffett, John Prine).
Most of their music, however, comes directly from the "Woodstock"
era of the late 1960s and early 1970s, with artists such as Simon and Garfunkel,
John Denver, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, America, and Janis Joplin.
